To register as a member of Shree Limbach or use our website, you must be of legal age as per the laws of your country. The platform consists of two primary modules:

  • Matrimonial Services: Available to individuals of legal marriageable age (18+ for females, 21+ for males in India) looking for life partners.
  • Community Directory: Available to all community members for fostering connectivity. Access to view the community directory requires a completed and verified user profile.

3. Community Directory Conduct

By using the Community Directory module, you agree to:

  • Register your family details accurately and keep them updated.
  • Respect the privacy of other community members. Information obtained from the directory must not be shared externally or used for commercial purposes.
  • Use the directory solely for community networking and social connectivity.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information in your profile.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Use the service for any commercial purposes or solicitation.
  • Post content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

6. Content and Proprietary Rights

All content provided on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Shree Limbach. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the accuracy of profiles or the outcome of any match. Users are encouraged to conduct their own background checks before proceeding with any matrimonial alliance.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments made for subscription plans on the Shree Limbach platform are final and strictly non-refundable. Users are advised to confirm their plan selection and check all details before proceeding with payment. No refund or cancellation requests will be accepted once the payment is processed and the plan is activated.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shree Limbach shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or from any interactions between members.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
